01 Service Overview
- MinusOne (the "Service") is a mobile application for time-awareness and daily reflection.
- These terms set out the basic conditions for using the Service.
- By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
02 Account and Security
- You can sign up using a social account (Google, Apple, Kakao, Facebook).
- Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.
- Account security is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you notice suspicious access.
- Each user may hold only one account.
03 Using the Service
- The free plan provides the core entry-keeping features.
- The premium plan is offered as a monthly or annual subscription and includes reflection and AI insight features.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
- Refund policies follow the policies of the respective app store (App Store, Google Play).
04 Prohibited Conduct
- Accessing, crawling, or scraping the Service in abnormal ways
- Unauthorized access using another person's account information
- Any conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service
- Registering false information or using the Service through fraudulent means
- Any conduct that violates applicable laws
05 Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the Service (design, code, brand, etc.) belong to MinusOne.
- Copyright in the entries you write belongs to you.
- We hold only the minimum license over your content required to operate the Service.
06 Changes and Suspension of Service
- Features may be changed or added in order to improve the Service.
- For material changes, we will provide advance notice inside the app or by email.
- If the Service must be discontinued for unavoidable reasons, we will take appropriate steps to protect your data.
07 Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is."
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or server failures.
- We are not liable for data loss caused by the loss or damage of the user's device.
08 Governing Law and Disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Disputes related to the Service will first be resolved through good-faith discussion.
- If discussion fails, the Seoul Central District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction.
